“Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice.” ~ Steve Jobs
Pat Madich moved to Eagle from Phoenix, AZ in 2013. Prior to relocating to Idaho, Pat studied business at the Itasca Community College and worked for Northwest Airlines in Minnesota, California, Arizona and Alaska. While in Arizona, Pat attended Quantum Helicopters flight school to become a certified professional rotorcraft pilot, and has since worked as a lead pilot in a variety of helicopter professions, such as instructing, tourism, and search and rescue. He continues to serve as an emergency medical transport pilot with Life Flight throughout the Boise metropolis and surrounding areas.
Pat aggressively began to pursue a life-long interest in real estate by getting his license in 2016 and going to work for the Woodhouse Group. His goal is to epitomize integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in every real estate transaction he oversees. Pat is passionate about meeting the needs and goals of his clients and is well-respected in the community for his unparalleled professionalism and high ethical standards as both a pilot and a Realtor.
Passionate about people, seasons, culture, and the abundance of outdoor activities that Idaho has to offer, the move to the Boise area was a natural fit. In his free time, Pat loves to go camping, boating, snowboarding, wakeboarding, and traveling with his wife, Sherynn, and daughter, Paityn.
Grateful for the way that his family was welcomed into Eagle, Pat strives to ensure the same level of hospitality to other families relocating to Idaho.
